A&A Intellectual Property LLC is a Dubai-based practice registered as a trademark agent and an industrial property agent in the United Arab Emirates. Our work covers the full life of an intellectual property right: clearance and filing, prosecution, oppositions and appeals, enforcement, renewals and portfolio management.
We act for companies and entrepreneurs building brands in the UAE and the region, and for law firms and IP agencies abroad that need a dependable local associate. For foreign firms, we handle the work before the local offices and report back clearly, while the client relationship stays with them.
Every filing, memorandum and translation is prepared in Arabic and English by the team that handles the matter, with official and professional fees stated before any work begins.

Official fees and professional fees are stated separately, in writing, before work begins. We explain the risks of a filing or a dispute honestly, and we never guarantee a registration or a decision.
Confidentiality
Instructions, documents and business information are used only for the matter they were given for, and are shared only with the authorities and parties the work requires.
Ethical conduct
We describe our capabilities accurately, act only on work the client has approved and charge only for that work. Filings outside our own jurisdictions go through independent associates; we do not claim offices we do not have.
Respect for associates’ client relationships
When a foreign firm instructs us, we report to that firm and never contact its clients directly. The client relationship remains with the instructing firm.
